STEP 1

Provide us informations for company incorporation :

• At least 3 intended company names in order of preference;
• At least 1 Shareholder and 1 Director;
• Company Secretary and Registered Address.

STEP 2

After we confirm that the company names can be used. We will send documents to you for signature. And then, you have to do is :

• Pass the original signed document back to us for processing;
• 50% service fee as downpayment.

STEP 3

Once the Certificate of Incorporation (CI) is available, you can use the company to enter into business transaction.

When the whole set of company kit (green box) and processed documents are available. We will arrange to deliver completed company registration material to you.

REMARK

• Whole process need about 13 working days;
• If you can arrange information passing, sign documents and payment within same day;
  The whole process can be shortened to around 7 working days;
• International courier fee is not included yet in the standard service fee.

• At least 1 Shareholder and 1 Director;
• Company Secretary and Registered Address;
• Full payment is required.

STEP 2

When payment confirmed and Certificate of Incorporation (CI) is available. You can use the company to enter into your business transaction.

And then, We will send documents to you for signature. You have to do is :

• Pass the original signed document back to us for processing.

STEP 3

We will arrange to deliver completed company registration material to you.

• International courier fee is not included yet in the standard service fee.
