There internet banking registration process is divided in two parts :
- Internet banking user(s) will receive the following items :
- Internet banking activation PIN;
- Security device (key-ring size password generator);
- Authentication code sent via SMS (if a registered mobile number is provided in application);
- Internet banking user(s) can register via internet to activate the full function;
- To activate internet banking function, please visit [ Business Internet Banking ];
- Client can use written application [ Telegraphic Transfer Application Form ] to process telegraphic transfer or interbank transfer; or
- Use cheques to transfer money to third parties in Hong Kong;
For personal account
There internet banking registration process is divided in two parts :
- Part 1
- Client should register the internet banking via [ Internet Banking Registration ] with ATM Card PIN / Phone banking PIN;
- Internet Banking Security Device (password generator) will send to client's corresponding address within 2 weeks;
- This part is for balance enquiry and internal transfer only.
Part 2 : To activate third party or global transfer function- Please download this form & sign : [ Internet Banking / Phonebanking / ATM Transaction Limit Revision Request Form ]
- After signerture. Please send back to HSBC to process.
